募集要項
・デジタルカメラで撮った写真
( 一眼・ミラーレス・携帯・トイカメラ等画素数の制限なし )
・フィルムカメラ・チェキなどで撮影したデジタルデータやフィルムも可
・募集期間中何度でも応募可能
( 著作権は本人に帰属、管理運営はぼーだれす芸術祭に帰属 )

Theme The World as Seen from Your Perspective
Application period October 01 (Tuesday) to October 31 (Thursday), 2011 (must arrive on the same day)
Target: 0-18 years old *Any subject can be photographed. Please send us your photos of the world with your comments.
Application Guidelines
Photographs taken with a digital camera
(No limitation on pixel count for single-lens reflex cameras, mirrorless cameras, cell phones, toy cameras, etc.)
Digital data taken with a film camera is also acceptable.

Terms and Conditions
Entries must be photographed by the entrant.
The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the photographer.
All submitted works must be unpublished.

All submitted works will be published on the organizer's website and social networking sites.
Entries may be used in various media for promotional activities as well as for the photo festival held by the organizer.
Entrants grant the organizer a free license to use the submitted works in the photo festival and in other promotional activities.
Entrants are responsible for printing and mailing costs.
Entries will not be returned.
The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining permission from the subject/object for any copyrights, portrait rights, or any other rights to the submitted work.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to obtain permission to use the work in relation to the subject/object of the work.
The organizer will not be responsible for any infringement of copyrights or portrait rights.
Photographs that fall under any of the following categories will not be considered
Photographs that are extremely inappropriate for the world view of the Art Triennale
Photos that are offensive to public order and morals
Photos that infringe on the copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc. of a third party

今年の開催について
会期期間
2024年10月1日（火）〜12月27日（金）まで
第３回ボーダレス芸術祭では、
さらに多様な視点を見せ合い、お互いを“知る”きっかけをつくり、人と人、街と人とを相互理解へと導いていきたいと考えます。さまざまなこどもに参加して頂き、フォトフェスティバルによって「ヤングケアラー」「引きこもり」「不登校」「児童福祉」「障害福祉」「LGBTQ＋」「無国籍」「ギフテッド」「大使館」「インターナショナルスクール」「いじめ」「貧困」「虐待」「性犯罪」「里子」「難病」など一言に「こども」といえども現代社会のこども達をとりまく深遠な世界も知って頂くツールとします。
そんなこども十人十色な目線で撮った世界が、作品として一堂に会すことにより、参加者や観る方々に、多様性の水先案内人としても協力して頂く意味も含めてのフォトフェスティバルです。さあ一緒にまちづくりを始めましょう。
12月1日〜27日まで全応募作品を展示予定。
私達のシテン
こども達が気軽に参加できて、タブレットやスマートフォンなどを使い、撮る側も撮られる側も時間や空間に左右されずに、さらに作品の応募から共感・発表までもデジタル媒体での送受信も可能な、フォトフェスティバル。様々な子どもたちの視点を生かしたまちづくりを行います。
昨年までは（フォトコンテスト）と記載されていましたが2024年からは（フォトフェスティバル）と修正いたします。なぜなら関わる方々全員でまちづくりというお祭りを行うからです。
今後は、今を生きる私達のありたい街づくりに向けて、写真に限らず「映像」「音楽」「ペインティング」「パフォーマンス」「立体作品」「演劇」などなど様々な芸術・文化活動や作品の集約・集客イベントとしての活動を行い、まちづくりに欠かせない多様性と相互理解のプラットホームとなっていきます。

そんなまちづくりを一緒に始めましょう。
